It’s been tough and very long week. From beginning to end, Gale Portugal to Gatwick to Southampton to Cardiff back to Southampton. On the beach, to a double rainbow in Penarth, to a ‘media launch’ for a new bubble tea place in Cardiff (felt like a slight fraud as all others there were actual food bloggers, unlike Ffion and me, who are just gluttons), to Yo Sushi with Ffion afterwards.
